dang. about 4 months now. thats exactly why i'm pulling out all the stops. i've been studying up until november last year (4 years BTech at TUT pretoria majoring in character animation and digital art), and now i want to get in. ANYWHERE. but someday i'll get into that beautiful, yet illusive gaming industry...

Absolutely no problem. 4 years? that explains why your so good. if i remember clearly there is a company here in Jo"burg called Luma, i know they have a gaming section.

for me the second i got into 3D i knew it was either movies of games.i just love making characters and there is something about the creativity of game art that sets it aside from others.... i don't know

3d is king. i got into this mode of looking at EVERYTHING in pollys. freaked me out like mad, but it was kinda cool. still do that, though its subliminal now. it seems that every wall i hit is a draughtsman wall where everything i imagine needs to start in the digital realm. but you have some serious pen-skills to your advantage, so you can cross that boundary with ease. lucky fish.

i hope so. dude when i first started 3d i started to see things in wire frame, it was crazy. i would look at thing and imagine its uv lay out. its carzy! the whole creating process of 3d made me realize how much people take things for granted. crazy, huh?
